Everyone is encouraged to wear family-friendly costumes and enter the costume contest to win prizes! Community Resources and Partners in East Whatcom come together on October 31st at the EWRRC to provide a fun evening of treats and resources for members of the East Whatcom Community! From previous Trick or Treat Fairs you can expect there to be a fun costume contest with awesome prizes, face-painting, arts & crafts, and a bunch of community partners bringing toys, treats, entertainment, and of course, resources!
